If your jewelry breaks or loses a bead, I offer free repairs. You can drop off or return the item to me, and I will ship it back to you at no cost. Each piece of jewelry comes with a one-year full warranty.

Free Shipping over $30. Otherwise a flat rate of $5 applies. All items are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage. An average of 2 days for most. If you are looking for something to be shipped at a quicker rate, please contact me. Faster shipping rates will require a cost. International shipping will be at USPS shipping rates.

Yes! If you love a certain piece, but are looking for a different color choice or something completely unique, please reach out to me by email, text, or chat. I will be happy to assist you in creating a custom piece.

Many wrap bracelet are adjustable by 2 to 3 lengths. A button and button hole acts as a clasp. Most will fit a average women's wrist, from smaller 6 inch up to 7.5 inches. Men's and Unisex bracelets are designed for a larger wrist, from 7 inches to 9 inches. Some are adjustable, some are not. A average men's wrist is 8 inches. All descriptions will give a size measurement. I am happy to customize a wrap to fit exactly. Just send an email.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days. To initiate a return, please contact me for the return address. You can drop off or ship back the item. A refund will be applied to your method of payment once the return is received.

To ensure the longevity of your leather wrap bracelets, keep them out of water as leather and water do not mix well over time. Avoid exposing your jewelry to perfumes and lotions, as they may tarnish silver or gold plating. Natural tarnish on sterling silver or gold-filled pieces can be cleaned with over-the-counter tarnish cleaners like Weiman or Tarn-x.

To measure your wrist size, wrap a tape measure or a string around your wrist just below the bone until it overlaps. The number where it overlaps is your wrist size. Choose a size half an inch larger for a comfortable fit. If you don't have a tape measure, use a string and measure it with a ruler. The average women's wrist size is 6.5-7 inches, and the average men's wrist size is 7.5-8.5 inches. For a 5-wrap bracelet, leave room for the wrist's natural graduation in size.

Yes, I offer custom sizing for bracelets. Women's wraps are typically sized for 6-7.5 inch wrists, and men's wraps for 7.5-8 inch wrists. If you need a different size, please specify in the note section of the cart page. Women's sizes range from x-small (5.5 inches) to x-large (8.5 inches), and men's sizes range from x-small (7 inches) to x-large (9 inches). Please refer to the wrist measurement guide if unsure. Allow 1-3 weeks for delivery of custom-sized bracelets.
