All my jewelry will be repaired for free! Drop off or return to me. I will ship back to you at no cost. Each piece of jewelry carries a one year full warranty.

All Domestic standard shipping is free! If you are looking for something to be shipped at a quicker rate, please contact me. Faster shipping rates will require a cost. International shipping will be at USPS shipping rates.

Yes! If you love a certain piece, but are looking for a different color choice or something completely unique, please reach out to me by email, text, or chat. I will be happy to assist you in creating a custom piece.

Many wrap bracelet are adjustable by 2 to 3 lengths. A button and button hole acts as a clasp. Most will fit a average women's wrist, from smaller 6 inch up to 7.5 inches. Men's and Unisex bracelets are designed for a larger wrist, from 7 inches to 9 inches. Some are adjustable, some are not. A average men's wrist is 8 inches. All descriptions will give a size measurement. I am happy to customize a wrap to fit exactly. Just send an email.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days. To initiate a return, please contact me for refund and return address. Returns may be dropped off or shipped back to me. Refund will be applied to your method of payment once return has been received.

All leather wrap bracelets will last for many long years if kept out of water. Leather and water over a long period of time are not a good mix! Perfumes and other lotions may tarnish silver plate or gold plate. Some tarnish is natural on sterling or gold fill and can easily be brought back to original state with an over the counter tarnish cleaner for gold or silver. Weiman or Tarn-x are good choices.

With a tape measure or a string, wrap the tape measure around your wrist, just below the bone, until it overlaps with the starting point. The number where your wrist overlaps is your wrist size. Most often you want to choose a half inch larger than your wrist size, unless you prefer your jewelry snug. If you do not have a tape measurer, a string will do, then measure that with a ruler. Average women's wrist is 6.5 -7 inches. Average men's wrist is 7.5-8.5 inches. Please be aware that a 5 wrap bracelet will take up more than the thinnest part of your wrist. When measuring for a 5 wrap, please leave room for a wrist that graduates in size.

Yes! If you love a certain bracelet but would like a different size I would be happy to accommodate you! I believe all men and women should be able to wear a bracelet that fits. Women's wraps are sized for 6 - 7.5 inch wrist. Men's wraps are sized for an average of 7.5 to 8 inches. Choose the wrap you love and in the note section of the cart page let me know that you need this wrap customized and provide me the size. Women's sizing xsmall 5.5 inches large 8 inches xlarge 8.5 inches Men's sizing xsmall 7 inches Large 8.5 inches x large 9 inches Please refer to how to measure your wrist, if unsure. Please allow 1-3 weeks delivery time for a custom wrap bracelet.
