Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35
Orders under $35 are calculated at checkout based on USPS shipping rates.
Processing Time
Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day.
Made-to-order or personalized pieces are carefully handcrafted and typically ship within 5–7 business days. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, everything will ship together unless otherwise requested.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided once your order has been processed.
If you need your order by a specific date or would like expedited shipping, please contact me before placing your order whenever possible.
International Shipping
International orders are welcome. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on USPS international rates. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
Your happiness with your purchase is important to me.
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Personalized Items
Because personalized and custom-made pieces are created especially for you, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on my part.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer a different style or size, I'm happy to help arrange an exchange whenever possible.
Lifetime Repairs
Handcrafted jewelry is made to be worn and loved. If your Kathryn Marie Designs piece ever needs repair due to normal wear, I offer complimentary repairs whenever possible. Simply contact me, and we'll work together to bring your piece back to life.
